Ingredients:
20 pcs. of fresh Okra
4 tbsp. of lime juice
1/2 cups of gluten, chopped
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
garlic, onion
3 tbsp. of cooking oil
salt for the taste
How to Cook:
- Cut and wash the Okra.
- Fry the gluten then put the garlic, onions and Okra.
- Add the lime juice, soy sauce and salt.
- Cook until Okra become tender. Serve it.
Ingredients:
1 cup of powdered cheese
1 cup of sticky cream sauce
3-4 tbsp of melted margarine
4 tbsp. of flour
¼ tbsp. of salt
1 cup of milk
3 egg yolk, beaten well
¼ tbsp. of lime juice
3 egg white
How to Cook:
- Melt the margarine in a pan. Put the flour and salt then let it bubbled.
- Remove it from heat. Slowly add the milk; cook with minimal heat while mixing.
- Wait until it becomes tender. Add the cheese, beaten egg yolk, lime juice, and Egg white.
- Mix it until it become sticky. Pour into container mold; make a lines using tablespoon. Steam it in boiling water in 50 to 60 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup of malunggay leaves
1 cup of squash
1 cup of upo, chopped
1 cup of fried tofu, slice like small cube
½ onions
1 cup washed rice

How to Cook:
- Put the tomatoes, onions and squash in a big pan or pot.
- Add the washed rice and boil it. After 5 minutes add the tofu and upo.
- Wait until upo become tender.
- Add the malunggay leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour rice
1/8 tbsp. of salt
½ cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
2 egg yolk
2 egg white, beaten
½ cup of coconut, grind
5 banana (saba), cut into strips
How to Cook:
- Combine the flour and salt in a bowl then mix it well.
- Put the coconut milk, cooking oil, egg yolk. Mix it well until the mixture become fine.
- Slowly add the egg white and coconut.
- Dip the banana in the mixture.
- Heat the cooking oil with around 380 degree F.
- Fry the banana until its color become light red.
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice (malagkit)
½ cup of sugar, brown
¾ cup of coconut milk, first squeezed
3 ½ cups of 2nd squeezed coconut milk
1 tbsp. of salt
¼ tbsp. of salt
How to Cook:
- Boil the coconut milk (2nd squeezed) into pan. Put the rice and salt.
- Boil and mix continuously. Lessen the heat and put the 2/3 cups of sugar.
- Put the banana leaves inside the floor of container pot mold.
- Pour the cooked ingredients inside the container pot.
- Cover it using flat metal with burning coal on the top.
- Cook until its color became light red.
Ingredients:
2 cup of braised kidney beans, strained
¼ cup of margarine
2 tbsp. of garlic, crashed
¼ cup of onions, chopped finely
1 cup of tomato sauce
¼ cup of lemon or lime drinks or 7 up
¼ cup of pineapple juice
1 tbsp. of salt
½ cup of kidney beans broth
2 tbsp. of sugar
How to Cook:
- Melt the margarine with minimal heat.
- Add the onions and other ingredients, except for the beans.
- Let it boil and add the beans.
- Cover it and cook with less heat until its broth became half of its earlier broth.
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups of all purpose flour
1 tbsp. of baking powder
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. of salt
½ cup of cooking oil
1.2 cup of water
How to Cook:
- Filter the flour, baking soda and salt. In a bowl; put the brown sugar, oil, egg and water then add the filtered dry ingredients.
- Mix it well. Put inside the refrigerator in 1 hour.
- Scoop it 1 by 1 using spoon and put in container mold coated with oil.
- Put in inside the oven with 400 degree F in 8 to 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of onions, chopped
2 pcs. Of garlic, chopped well
½ tbsp. dry chili powder
½ tbsp. of sugar
1 tbsp. of salt
2 tbsp. of lemon skin
8 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tbsp. of lemon or lime juice
1 cup coconut milk
How to Cook:
- Chop the shallots, garlic and lemon skin. Add the chili powder, sugar and salt.
- Heat the cooking oil and fry the hard boiled eggs until its color become light red.
- Remove the eggs in pan.
- In the same pan saute the mixed ingredients and cook for 3 minutes, mix continuously.
- Add the lemon or lime juice and coconut milk.
- Cook for another 5 minutes together with the egg.
Ingredients:
¼ kilo of mie (Chinese vermicelli) or miki
2 beaten eggs
¾ cups of cooking oil
½ kilo of gluten, slice thinly
1 ½ cups of onions, slice thinly
2 pcs. Of garlic, chopped finely
2 tbsp. of chopped ginger or 1 tbps of powdered ginger
3 cups of cabbage chopped horizontally
1 cup of toge
1 cup of tofu, slice in small square shape
¼ cups of chopped scallions (or onion)
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
½ tbsp. of fish sauce
Black pepper, fine
How to Cook:
- Cook the miki (noodles) in boiling water with salt until it become tender. Filter and put it on plate. Let it cool for about 2 hours.
- Make an egg tortilla then chop it lengthwise and fine. In another pan put the 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil; fry the gluten for just 5 minutes then remove in pan.
- In the same pan saute the onion, garlic, and ginger for around of 3 minutes.
- Remove it again in pan. In the same pan put 2 tbsp. of cooking oil and saute the cabbage and toge in 3 minutes. Add the tofu and cook again for 2 minutes.
- Return all the cooked ingredients except for miki (noodles). Add the scallions, soy sauce and black pepper. Cook in around of 2 minutes.
- In other pan put the remaining cooking oil and add the miki.
- Saute until its color become light red. Scoop and put the miki in a platter.
- Put the gluten and mixed ingredients on the top. Sprinkle with chopped egg tortilla.
Ingredients:
3 cups of labong, slice thinly
1 cup of chopped gluten or tokwa
5 pcs. of garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. of lime juice
Salt for the taste
1 meduim size of onion, chopped
1 ½ tbsp. Soy sauce
2/3 cups of mixed water & soy sauce
5 tbsp. of cooking oil
How to cook:
- Put the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the gluten or tofu.
- Cook and mix continuously.
- Put the labong together with mixed water and soy sauce.
- Cook and wait until labong become totally cooked enough.
- Add the lime juice with less heat. Cook for another 6 minutes. Put the salt for the taste.
Ingredients:
8 medium size of potato, slice it with square shape
2 tbps. of salt
1/8 tbps. of nutmeg (optional)
2 medium size of onion, slice
2 table spoon of cooking oil
1 tbps. of parsley, chopped
How to cook:
- Put the potato and onion into cooking pan with a exact amount of water in order to make it sink. Put the salt.
- Cover up and cook until potato became tender.
- Crashed the potato into water. Add the other remaining ingredients.
- Do, continue stirring but do not boiled anymore.
- Decorate and spread the parsley well.
