Ingredients:
2 cups of filtered flour
1 tbsp. of salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup of water
How to Cook:
- In a bowl; put the flour, salt and egg.
- Slowly add the water while mixing until it becomes dough.
- Mash in wooden board with few flour. Cover and keep for 30 minutes.
- Flattened until it become thin. Slice, 2 inches in each pieces.
- Put 1 spoon of filling in the center of sliced dough. Fold it like small triangle.
- Cook in boiling water in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
6 hardboiled eggs, chopped
½ cup of powdered cheese
Salt for the taste
1 cup of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
4 spoon of butter
Bread crumbs
How to Cook:
- In a bowl; put the egg, cheese, salt and mushroom soup.
- Put it inside the refrigerator. Cut it using cookie cutter.
- Roll it in bread crumbs then dip it in egg.
- Roll it again in bread crumbs.
- Fry it using butter until its color become light red.
Ingredients:
1 cup of corn, grind (cornmeal)
1 cup of all purpose flour
4 spoon of baking powder, filtered
1 tbsp. of salt
1/3 cups of cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk
1 spoon of corn
How to Cook:
- Put the corn, in a container. Add the flour, baking powder and salt then filter it again.
- Add the cooking oil and egg. Mix it well. Put it in muffin tins coated by cooking oil.
- Put it inside the oven with 375 degree F in 30 minutes.
