Follow the procedure:
Ingredients:
3 quarts of water
Bring to a boil. Add: 3 family size tea bags (or 9 sm.)
1 tablespoon of whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Cover and steep 30 minutes.
Add:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of orange juice
3 cups of cranberry juice
3 drops of red food color
Strain spices. Refrigerate leftover tea.

Fruit Tea
Ingredients:
2 quarts of cranberry juice
1 - 46 oz. can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted
2 cups of apple juice
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
Procedure:

Procedure:
- Pour first 5 ingredients into a 30-cup electric percolator. Place cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in basket.
- Perk and let stand 1 hour. Serve hot. Yield: 1 gallon.

Christmas Punch Cranberry
Ingredients:
1 - 3 oz. package of cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup of boiling water
1 - 6 oz. can of frozen lemonade or pineapple-orange juice concentrate
3 cups of cold water
1 - 1 quart bottle of cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1 - 1 pint of ginger ale, chilled
How to Cook:
- Dissolve cherry flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade or pineapple-orange juice concentrate.
- Add the cold water and the cranberry juice cocktail. Place in a large punch bowl two trays of ice cubes or a molded ice ring. Pour punch over ice.
- Slowly pour in chilled ginger ale. Fruit flavored sherbet may be added if desired. Makes about 25 servings.

Pineapple Juice
You can make your own fresh pineapple juice at home by doing my pineapple recipes. Taste and enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple
3 tsp. of sugar
1/2 CUP of water
FEW ice cubes
How to Cook:
- Cut he pineapple into cubes and squeeze out the juice from the oranges.
- Blend in a blender along with sugar.
Filipino Buko Juice (Coconut Juice)
Coconut juice is incredibly healthy and one of the best drinks to hydrate the body. Best in summer because of its refreshing taste.
Ingredients:
16fl. oz. of coconut fruit juice concentrate
2 cups drinking water
2 Tbsp. sugar
Ice cubes
Pitcher
Procedure:
- Remove the outer shell or husk of the coconut fruit by using a sharp butcher knife or machete until the middle layer is exposed. Crack open the top part of the coconut fruit.
- Pour coconut milk through a strainer into a tall pitcher. Straining will give you a clear coconut milk free from small particles.
- Take out the coconut flesh or meat using a lemon zester to shred.
- Add the coconut meat to the pitcher, then stir in water and sugar
- Add ice cubes and serve.
Salabat Filipino Ginger Tea
Ginger tea has a spicy, invigorating taste. It's used as a home remedy for indigestion, nausea, and to ward off colds, flu, and sore throats.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh ginger, sliced
5 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
Procedure:
- Boil all ingredients together.
- Add more water if too strong.

Black Tea Lemonade
Ingredients:
5 cups water
1/2 cup white sugar
3 orange pekoe tea bags
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

Procedure:
5 cups water

3 orange pekoe tea bags
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
5 cups water
Procedure:
- Bring 5 cups of water and the sugar to a boil in a saucepan, then remove from the heat and add the tea bags.
- Allow tea to steep while you mix the lemonade concentrate and remaining water in a large pitcher.
- Pour the tea mixture into the lemonade, discarding tea bags. Stir and refrigerate until cold before serving.
Golden Drink's
Ingredients:
½ cup of kalamansi juice
½ cup of sugar or 1 pcs. of cold concentrated lemonade, in can
¾ cup of cold water
2 pcs. of dalanghita juice
1 cup of cold apricot nectar, in can
1 cup of ginger ale
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients well. It can make up to 8 glasses.
