Ingredients:
¼ cup of sago
4 cup of water
3 banana
1 cup of sugar
3 egg white
2 tbsp. of lemon or lime juice
How to Cook:
- Boil the water then add the sago.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar and pour it to the egg white (continuous mixing).
- Add the chopped banana.
- Let it cool. Serve it
Ingredients:
1 pcs. of Puso ng Saging
3 tbps. of soy sauce
2 cups of water
2 tbps. of lime juice
1 pcs. of garlic
2 pcs. of laurel leaves
salt for the taste
How to Cook:
- Remove the older part of Puso ng Saging, chopped.
- Mash it with salt to remove the bitter taste then wash it again with water.
- In a cooking pan, saute the garlic until its color become red.
- Put the water, soy sauce, laurel leaves, lime juice and salt. Let it boil and add the chopped Puso ng Saging.
- Put the cooking oil. Cook until Puso ng Saging become tender. Wait until the broth be almost dry.
Bulgur Wheat
Ingredients:
3 cup of fine bulgur wheat
2 cup of coconut milk
2 ½ cup of sugar
1 cup coconut, grind
1 pinch of sauted anis
How to Cook:
- Saute the bulgur wheat for 20 minutes with mild heat.
- In another pan; boil the coconut milk and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Mix it continuously. Add the coconut. Slowly add the bulgur wheat; Keep ½ cup for coating.
- Cook for another 15 minutes in less heat. Lay a wax paper with fine wheat flour.
- Scoop the cooked ingredients then roll it in a wax paper. It can makes 24 pieces.
Ingredients:
½ cup of warm milk (evaporated)
1 tbsp. of yeast
½ cup of butter
1 egg, beaten
2 egg yolk
¼ cup of sugar
¼ tbsp. of salt
¼ tbsp. seed of cardamom
1 ¼ cups of all purpose flour
How to Cook:
- Put the milk and dry yeast in a clean food container.
- Add the butter, egg, sugar, salt, all purpose flour, beaten egg and seed of cardamom. Mix it well. Keep in refrigerator with 3-4 hours.
- Coat the muffin pans using cooking oil.
- Put mixed ingredients in muffin pans with a heat of 375 degree F.
- Cook it in 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups of mashed banana, (3-4 pieces)
2 tbsp. of melted margarine
2 cups of milk (evaporated) with a little amount of lime juice
1 egg, beaten well
1 cup of bulgur flour
2 tbsp. of sugar
½ tbsp. of salt
¾ tbsp. of baking soda
1 cup white flour
How to Cook:
- Sieve all the dry ingredients in the platter. Add the bulgur flour and mix well.
- In other bowl mix the egg, milk, butter and banana.
- Add the dry ingredients then mix it well until the flour become wet.
- Pour into muffin tin which is coated by cooking oil.
- Cook for 30 minutes, good for 16 small muffins.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice, malagkit
2 cups of rice
1 cup of mushroom, chopped (optional)
1 cup of garbanzos, cooked or in can
1 cup of pea, cooked or in can
½ cup of onion leaves, chopped
2 cups of fried gluten, sliced
1 box of spaghetti pasta, cut into several pieces (boiled in water)
1 can of pimiento, chopped
1 cup of tomato sauce and ½ cup of broth or water
2 tbsp. of onions, chopped finely
1 tbsp. of sage (optional)
6 hardboiled egg, every pieces sliced into 4.
2 tbsp. of cooking oil

How to Cook:
- Saute the onions in 2 tbsp. of cooking oil. Put the tomato sauce and pimiento, cook in a few minutes.
- Add the mushroom, gluten, garbanzos and pea.
- Put some salt and sage for the taste. Mix it well then cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the 2 cups of rice, 1 cup of malagkit and spaghetti pasta.
- Mix it well then add the egg, pimiento and onions leaves on the top.
Ingredients:
2 tpbs. butter
3 cups of squash, slice it in square
1 medium size of onion, chopped
2 pieces of garlic, crashed
2 tomato, chopped well
1 cups of milk (evaporated)
1 cup of red chili pepper, chopped and green chili pepper, slice it in square

How to cook:
- Saute the garlic, onions, tomato and squash into cooking Pan.
- Put the water and let it boil up to 10 minutes.
- For good taste, cook the milk well and wait until it became thick. Serve it.
