Squash Soup

Ingredients:


2 tpbs. butter
3 cups of squash, slice it in square
1 medium size of onion, chopped
2 pieces of garlic, crashed
2 tomato, chopped well
1 cups of milk (evaporated)
1 cup of red chili pepper, chopped and green chili pepper, slice it in square
Salt


How to cook:

  • Saute the garlic, onions, tomato and squash into cooking Pan.
  • Put the water and let it boil up to 10 minutes.
  • For good taste, cook the milk well and wait until it became thick. Serve it.
