1 cup of corn, grind (cornmeal) 1 cup of all purpose flour 4 spoon of baking powder, filtered 1 tbsp. of salt 1/3 cups of cooking oil 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups of milk 1 spoon of corn
How to Cook:
Put the corn, in a container. Add the flour, baking powder and salt then filter it again.
Add the cooking oil and egg. Mix it well. Put it in muffin tins coated by cooking oil.
Put it inside the oven with 375 degree F in 30 minutes.
