Corn Bread Muffins

Ingredients:


1 cup of corn, grind (cornmeal)
1 cup of all purpose flour
4 spoon of baking powder, filtered
1 tbsp. of salt
1/3 cups of cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk
1 spoon of corn


How to Cook:

  • Put the corn, in a container. Add the flour, baking powder and salt then filter it again.
  • Add the cooking oil and egg. Mix it well. Put it in muffin tins coated by cooking oil.
  • Put it inside the oven with 375 degree F in 30 minutes.
