How to Cook:
Melt the margarine in a pan. Put the flour and salt then let it bubbled.
Remove it from heat. Slowly add the milk; cook with minimal heat while mixing.
Wait until it becomes tender. Add the cheese, beaten egg yolk, lime juice, and Egg white.
Mix it until it become sticky. Pour into container mold; make a lines using tablespoon. Steam it in boiling water in 50 to 60 minutes.

How to Cook:

How to Cook:
Cook the miki (noodles) in boiling water with salt until it become tender. Filter and put it on plate. Let it cool for about 2 hours.
Make an egg tortilla then chop it lengthwise and fine. In another pan put the 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil; fry the gluten for just 5 minutes then remove in pan.
In the same pan saute the onion, garlic, and ginger for around of 3 minutes.
Remove it again in pan. In the same pan put 2 tbsp. of cooking oil and saute the cabbage and toge in 3 minutes. Add the tofu and cook again for 2 minutes.
Return all the cooked ingredients except for miki (noodles). Add the scallions, soy sauce and black pepper. Cook in around of 2 minutes.
In other pan put the remaining cooking oil and add the miki.
Saute until its color become light red. Scoop and put the miki in a platter.
Put the gluten and mixed ingredients on the top. Sprinkle with chopped egg tortilla.

How to cook:
Put the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the gluten or tofu.
Cook and mix continuously.
Put the labong together with mixed water and soy sauce.
Cook and wait until labong become totally cooked enough.
Add the lime juice with less heat. Cook for another 6 minutes. Put the salt for the taste.
8 medium size of potato, slice it with square shape 2 tbps. of salt 1/8 tbps. of nutmeg (optional) 2 medium size of onion, slice 2 table spoon of cooking oil 1 tbps. of parsley, chopped
How to cook:
Put the potato and onion into cooking pan with a exact amount of water in order to make it sink. Put the salt.
Cover up and cook until potato became tender.
Crashed the potato into water. Add the other remaining ingredients.
