Butter Fried Banana

Ingredients:


1 cup of flour rice
1/8 tbsp. of salt
½ cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
2 egg yolk
2 egg white, beaten
½ cup of coconut, grind
5 banana (saba), cut into strips


How to Cook:

  • Combine the flour and salt in a bowl then mix it well.
  • Put the coconut milk, cooking oil, egg yolk. Mix it well until the mixture become fine.
  • Slowly add the egg white and coconut.
  • Dip the banana in the mixture.
  • Heat the cooking oil with around 380 degree F.
  • Fry the banana until its color become light red.
