Ingredients:
2 cups of rice (malagkit)
½ cup of sugar, brown
¾ cup of coconut milk, first squeezed
3 ½ cups of 2nd squeezed coconut milk
1 tbsp. of salt
¼ tbsp. of salt
How to Cook:
- Boil the coconut milk (2nd squeezed) into pan. Put the rice and salt.
- Boil and mix continuously. Lessen the heat and put the 2/3 cups of sugar.
- Put the banana leaves inside the floor of container pot mold.
- Pour the cooked ingredients inside the container pot.
- Cover it using flat metal with burning coal on the top.
- Cook until its color became light red.
