Bulanglang na gulay

Ingredients:


1 cup of malunggay leaves
1 cup of squash
1 cup of upo, chopped
1 cup of fried tofu, slice like small cube
½ onions
1 cup washed rice
Tomatoes


How to Cook:

  • Put the tomatoes, onions and squash in a big pan or pot.
  • Add the washed rice and boil it. After 5 minutes add the tofu and upo.
  • Wait until upo become tender.
  • Add the malunggay leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
