Fried Egg with Chili Sauce



Ingredients:


1 ½ cups of onions, chopped
2 pcs. Of garlic, chopped well
½ tbsp. dry chili powder
½ tbsp. of sugar
1 tbsp. of salt
2 tbsp. of lemon skin
8 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tbsp. of lemon or lime juice
1 cup coconut milk


How to Cook:
  • Chop the shallots, garlic and lemon skin. Add the chili powder, sugar and salt.
  • Heat the cooking oil and fry the hard boiled eggs until its color become light red.
  • Remove the eggs in pan.
  • In the same pan saute the mixed ingredients and cook for 3 minutes, mix continuously.
  • Add the lemon or lime juice and coconut milk.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes together with the egg.
