Ingredients:
3 cups of labong, slice thinly
1 cup of chopped gluten or tokwa
5 pcs. of garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. of lime juice
Salt for the taste
1 meduim size of onion, chopped
1 ½ tbsp. Soy sauce
2/3 cups of mixed water & soy sauce
5 tbsp. of cooking oil
How to cook:
- Put the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the gluten or tofu.
- Cook and mix continuously.
- Put the labong together with mixed water and soy sauce.
- Cook and wait until labong become totally cooked enough.
- Add the lime juice with less heat. Cook for another 6 minutes. Put the salt for the taste.
