1 cup of onions, chopped
3 pcs. of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp. of salt
½ tbsp. of cumino, grind
1 tbsp. of coriander, grind
2 tbsp. of powdered ginger
2 tbsp. of lemon skin
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
3 cups of coconut, grind
¼ cup of all purpose cream
½ cup of peanut
How to Cook:
- Crashed the onions, garlic, salt, cumino, coriander, ginger and lemon skin until it become look like a pasta.
- Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute the coconut and the mix ingredients
- Mix it continuously and wait until its color become light red.
- Add the cream and cook with less heat. Let it cook then mix it in peanut.
