Banana and Rice Pudding

Ingredients:


2 ½ cups of banana, chopped thinly
2 tbsp. of lemon or lime juice
1 cup of sugar
1/8 tbsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of tangerine skin
3 egg, separated the egg yolk from egg white
1 ½ cup of milk (evaporated)
2 cup of rice


How to Cook:

  • Mix the banana, lime juice then mash it well. Add the 2/3 cup of sugar, salt, tangerine skin (niyadyad), milk and rice.
  • Put it on container mold with a size of 10 x 6 x 2 inches.
  • Steam it with another container with hot water in 350 degree F. Steam it in 3 minutes. Cool it for a while. Make an icing using the egg white and sugar.
  • Spread it on the top of pudding.
