2 pcs. of garlic
1 cup of onions, chopped finely
3 cups of gluten grind or chopped finely
4 tbsp. of cooking oil
2 tbsp. of red or kidney beans, cooked
1 tomato sauce, in can
½ tbsp. of powdered chili
1 tbsp. of flour
3 cups of water
How to Cook:
- In a frying pan; sauté the garlic and onions. Add the gluten then cook in 2 minutes.
- Add the kidney beans and tomato sauce. Cook in another 10 minutes.
- In another bowl; put the flour, water salt and chili powder until it becomes sticky.
- Add it on the first cooked ingredients. Cook it in minimal heat in 8 minutes while mixing.
