Ingredients:
2 cups of garbanzos, (soaked in water)
1 bundle of parsley
1 onion
Salt
1 pcs. of garlic
½ tbsp. of soda
How to Cook:
- Put all the ingredients in grinding machine.
- Roll the grind ingredients in minimum size and flattened it.
- Fry it until its color become light red.
Ingredients:
1/3 kilo of pork meat
4 ripe bananas, saba
1 carrot, chopped
3 pcs. of garlic, crashed
2 onions cut into 4
2 red chili pepper, skinless
1 laurel leaves
½ lime juice
1 ½ cup of water
Salt for the taste
How to Cook:
- Fry the gluten until it become light red. Slice the banana diagonally into 4.
- Fry the banana until it become light red then set aside.
- Add the onions, laurel leaves and salt in fried gluten. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Add the lime juice and 1 ½ cup of water. Let it boil for 5 minutes then lessen the heat.
- Add the carrot and chili. Cook it until the vegetables become tender.
- Serve it while its hot.
Ingredients:
2 cups of bamboo shoots, Labong
1 onion, chopped finely
French dressing
How to Cook:
- Simmer the labong. Squeeze and filter it to remove excess water.
- Add the labong and put some salt. Put the French dressing.
- Put the tomato and onion on the top then serve it.
Ingredients:
1 pcs. of cauliflower
¼ cup of French dressing
1 tbsp. of salt
½ cup of powdered cheese
Lettuce
¾ cup of mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Soaked the cauliflower in cold water with salt.
- Wash it using cold water and cut florets of cauliflower.
- Cook it in boiling water with salt without cover in 5 to 6 minutes until it become tender.
- Filter it and let it cool. Pour the French dressing on the top of cauliflower.
- Put in inside the refrigerator in 30 minutes.
