Coconut Sambal (Seroendeng)

Ingredients:


1 cup of onions, chopped
3 pcs. of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp. of salt
½ tbsp. of cumino, grind
1 tbsp. of coriander, grind
2 tbsp. of powdered ginger
2 tbsp. of lemon skin
1 tbsp. of cooking oil
3 cups of coconut, grind
¼ cup of all purpose cream
½ cup of peanut


How to Cook:

  • Crashed the onions, garlic, salt, cumino, coriander, ginger and lemon skin until it become look like a pasta.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute the coconut and the mix ingredients
  • Mix it continuously and wait until its color become light red.
  • Add the cream and cook with less heat. Let it cook then mix it in peanut.

Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:


½ cup of milk, condense
2 cups of coconut, grind
1 tbsp. of almond extract


How to Cook

  • In a bowl; put the milk and coconut. Add the almond extract then mix it well.
  • Scoop it 1 by 1 using spoon then put in a container mold coated by cooking oil.
  • Put it inside the oven with mild heat in 10 minutes.

Cinnamon Puffs

Ingredients:


½ cup of cooking oil
1 1/3 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ cups of filtered all purpose flour
2 tbsp. of lime juice
1 tbsp. of soda
¼ tbsp. of salt


How to Cook:

  • In a bowl; Mix the cooking oil, sugar, lime juice and egg.
  • Mix it well. In another bowl; put the flour soda and salt.
  • Mix and filter it well. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients then mix it well.
  • Make flat balls using mixed ingredients. Arrange it in the container mold.
  • Put it inside the oven with 400 degree F in 8-10 minutes.

Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:


4 breads, sliced (coated with margarine)
1 cup of cheese, chopped finely
½ tbsp. of dry turmeric
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk, evaporated
½ tbsp of salt


How to Cook:

  • Turn on the oven with 350 degree F. Put the bread in container mold.
  • Spread the cheese on the top of bread then sprinkle it with turmeric.
  • In a bowl; mix the eggs, milk and salt. Pour it on the top of bread.
  • Put it inside the oven with 30 minutes. Wait until its color become light red.

Chili con Gluten

Ingredients:


2 pcs. of garlic
1 cup of onions, chopped finely
3 cups of gluten grind or chopped finely
4 tbsp. of cooking oil
2 tbsp. of red or kidney beans, cooked
1 tomato sauce, in can
½ tbsp. of powdered chili
1 tbsp. of flour
3 cups of water


How to Cook:

  • In a frying pan; sauté the garlic and onions. Add the gluten then cook in 2 minutes.
  • Add the kidney beans and tomato sauce. Cook in another 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl; put the flour, water salt and chili powder until it becomes sticky.
  • Add it on the first cooked ingredients. Cook it in minimal heat in 8 minutes while mixing.

Soup with Fresh Pea

Ingredients:


2 cups of fresh pea (skinless)
4 cups of water
1 onion, chopped
2 small size of potato, skinless and slice thinly
1 tbps.of butter
1 egg yolk
How to cook:

  • Boil the pea until it become tender.
  • Filter and keep the boiled water. Remove the balok.
  • Sauté the onion using margarine, put the water that use to boiled pea into cooking pan together with onion, margarine and sliced potato.
  • Put exact amount of salt. Boil and mix until the potato become tender.
  • Crash the potato and put the egg yolk. Stir well.
