Dumplings

Ingredients:


2 cups of filtered flour
1 tbsp. of salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup of water


How to Cook:

  • In a bowl; put the flour, salt and egg.
  • Slowly add the water while mixing until it becomes dough.
  • Mash in wooden board with few flour. Cover and keep for 30 minutes.
  • Flattened until it become thin. Slice, 2 inches in each pieces.
  • Put 1 spoon of filling in the center of sliced dough. Fold it like small triangle.
  • Cook in boiling water in 15 minutes.
