Banana Snow

Ingredients:


¼ cup of sago
4 cup of water
3 banana
1 cup of sugar
3 egg white
2 tbsp. of lemon or lime juice


How to Cook:

• Boil the water then add the sago.
• Add the lemon juice, sugar and pour it to the egg white (continuous mixing).
• Add the chopped banana.
• Let it cool. Serve it
