1 coconut
3 moderate sized gourd
2 cloves of garlic
Salt for the taste
How to Cook:
- Wash and slice the ampalaya ¾ then remove seed. Do not wash anymore after sliced. Make a coconut milk using 2 cups of hot water.
- Cook the coconut milk together with the chopped garlic and sliced ampalaya .
- Continue to cook, until ampalaya become tender.
