2 cups of fresh pea (skinless)
4 cups of water
1 onion, chopped
2 small size of potato, skinless and slice thinly
1 tbps.of butter
1 egg yolk
How to cook:
- Boil the pea until it become tender.
- Filter and keep the boiled water. Remove the balok.
- Sauté the onion using margarine, put the water that use to boiled pea into cooking pan together with onion, margarine and sliced potato.
- Put exact amount of salt. Boil and mix until the potato become tender.
- Crash the potato and put the egg yolk. Stir well.
