Bulgur Espasol


Bulgur Wheat






Ingredients:


3 cup of fine bulgur wheat
2 cup of coconut milk
2 ½ cup of sugar
1 cup coconut, grind
1 pinch of sauted anis


How to Cook:

  • Saute the bulgur wheat for 20 minutes with mild heat.
  • In another pan; boil the coconut milk and sugar for 15 minutes.
  • Mix it continuously. Add the coconut. Slowly add the bulgur wheat; Keep ½ cup for coating.
  • Cook for another 15 minutes in less heat. Lay a wax paper with fine wheat flour.
  • Scoop the cooked ingredients then roll it in a wax paper. It can makes 24 pieces.
