1/3 kilo of pork meat 4 ripe bananas, saba 1 carrot, chopped 3 pcs. of garlic, crashed 2 onions cut into 4 2 red chili pepper, skinless 1 laurel leaves ½ lime juice 1 ½ cup of water Salt for the taste
How to Cook:
Fry the gluten until it become light red. Slice the banana diagonally into 4.
Fry the banana until it become light red then set aside.
Add the onions, laurel leaves and salt in fried gluten. Cook for 8 minutes.
Add the lime juice and 1 ½ cup of water. Let it boil for 5 minutes then lessen the heat.
Add the carrot and chili. Cook it until the vegetables become tender.
